Phase 3, randomised, single-blind trial of GSKVX000000025896 in chickenpox (2 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Percentage of participants with seroresponse to Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV) antiglycoprotein E (gE) IgG for 2 doses of VNS vaccine compared to 2 doses of VV and Geometric Mean Concentration (GMC) of anti-VZV gE IgG for 2 doses of VNS vaccine compared to 2 doses of VV.
