Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of infigratinib in hypochondroplasia (HCH) (3 arms), sponsored by QED Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: ACCEL 2 change from baseline in height velocity at Week 26 and ACCEL 3 change from baseline to Week 52 in annualized height velocity versus placebo.
