Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of UCD19 CAR-T in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and 3 more (2 arms), sponsored by Heidelberg University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Assessment of toxicities according to CTCAE v5.0, Assessment of frequency and grade of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and/or ICANS and 5 more.
