Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of sonesitatug vedotin, rilvegostomig and trastuzumab deruxtecan in gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, gastric adenocarcinoma and esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC), sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Incidence of adverse events and serious adverse events and Pathologic complete response (pCR) rate in mITT population. Planned start Oct 2025; status: authorised.
