Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer (PFTC) and primary peritoneal cancer (PPC) comparing Trastuzumab deruxtecan plus bevacizumab with Bevacizumab monotherapy (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Progression-free survival by blinded independent central review in the HER2 IHC 3+/2+ population. Planned start Sep 2025; status: authorised.
