MIDOVEN: Venetoclax + 3+7 + midostaurin in FLT3-mutated AML

Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of venetoclax in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), sponsored by Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Bordeaux. Primary endpoints: Proportion of participants with dose-limiting toxicities during the induction phase of venetoclax in combination with 3+7+midostaurin and Proportion of participants with CR/CRi without MRD after induction chemotherapy with the RP2S by MFC.
