Phase 3, randomised trial of carboplatin, cyclophosphamide, etoposide, thiotepa, methotrexate and 2 more in medulloblastoma (2 arms), sponsored by German Society for Pediatric Oncology and Hematology. Primary endpoint: Full-Scale Intelligence Quotient (IQ) at 2.5 years. Planned start Aug 2025; status: authorised.
