Phase 4, randomised trial in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), cervical dysplasia (CIN) and human papillomavirus infection comparing Vagifem vaginal estradiol with Placebo Vagifem (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Visibility of the squamocolumnar junction (SCJ) transformation zone classification and Representation of transformation zone in cervical biopsies.
