Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of blinatumomab in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute undifferentiated leukemia (AUL) and mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL) (2 arms), sponsored by Medical University of Silesia. Primary endpoints: Event-free survival in randomized eHR population, Grade 4 adverse events or death during post-consolidation treatment in randomized HR population and 1 more.
