Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of perindopril + indapamide + amlodipine, olmesartan medoxomil + amlodipine + hydrochlorothiazide, eplerenone, torasemide and spironolactone in resistant hypertension (RH) and hypertension (HTN) (6 arms), sponsored by National Institute of Cardiology. Primary endpoints: Percentage of patients with uncontrolled blood pressure by ABPM, Percentage achieving blood pressure control after switch to triple SPC and 1 more. Planned start Oct 2023; status: authorised.
