Phase 4, randomised trial of lenvatinib, nivolumab, cabozantinib, axitinib, pembrolizumab and 1 more in metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC) and renal cell carcinoma (RCC) (4 arms), sponsored by Policlinico Gemelli. Primary endpoint: Overall survival (OS) from randomization comparing deferred cytoreductive nephrectomy vs no cytoreductive nephrectomy while on SOC for metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
