Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial of rituximab and cyclophosphamide in anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV), granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) (2 arms), sponsored by Military Institute of Medicine – National Research Institute. Primary endpoints: Complete remission at 26 weeks (Part I induction) and Positive treatment effect at 104 weeks (Part II maintenance). Planned start Nov 2024; status: authorised.
