Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and pulmonary hypertension due to left heart disease (PH-LHD) comparing Entresto arm with Enalapril control arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in mean pulmonary artery pressure and Change from baseline in pulmonary vascular resistance. Started Dec 2022; status: completed.
