Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of capecitabine, oxaliplatin, fluorouracil, irinotecan and folinic acid in colon cancer (2 arms), sponsored by Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Hospital Clínico San Carlos. Primary endpoints: Phase IIa ctDNA clearance rate and Phase IIb ctDNA clearance comparison. Planned start Jan 2025; status: authorised.
