Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in heart failure with mid-range ejection fraction (HFmrEF) and ischaemic cardiomyopathy (ICM) comparing Sacubitril/valsartan arm with Ramipril arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in left ventricular end-systolic volume by MRI at 12 months. Planned start Dec 2024; status: authorised.
