Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic heart failure (CHF) and ischaemic cardiomyopathy (ICM) comparing Colchicine with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Difference in FMD measurements in HFrEF patients with and without CHIP mutations before and after colchicine or placebo treatment. Planned start Nov 2024; status: authorised.
