Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in arteriosclerosis obliterans and Carotid artery disease (CAD) comparing Rivaroxaban 2.5 mg + aspirin with Placebo + aspirin (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Plaque echogenicity increase ≥20% GSM. Planned start Nov 2024; status: authorised.
