Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of prednisone in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) (2 arms), sponsored by Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria Pisana. Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients maintaining modified LLDAS for 100% of the follow-up period (36 months) after glucocorticoid withdrawal. Planned start Nov 2024; status: authorised.
