Overview
Phase 4, single-arm trial of dapagliflozin, semaglutide and finerenone in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), diabetic glomerulosclerosis and cardiac morbidity, sponsored by Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen. Primary endpoints: Feasibility of obtaining urine proteomic results within 2 weeks and Feasibility of interpreting urine proteomic results for treatment evaluation. Planned start Feb 2025; status: authorised.
