Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in acute kidney failure (AKF) comparing Cisplatin + cilastatin with Cisplatin + sodium thiosulfate (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage of patients with renal failure at 7 days (up to 14 days if renal damage). Planned start Oct 2024; status: authorised.
