Overview
Phase 2, single-arm trial of Pentaglobin in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), aplastic anemia and 4 more, sponsored by GITMO. Primary endpoints: Reduction in 30-day mortality for carriers with pre-engraftment CRE or Pseudomonas aeruginosa bloodstream infection and Overall survival at 4 months in all CRE or Pseudomonas aeruginosa carriers. Planned start Jan 2025; status: authorised.
