Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of CD19-CAR_Lenti T cell in B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMBCL), sponsored by Ospedale Pediatrico Bambino Gesù. Primary endpoint: Safety and tolerability of CD19-CAR_Lenti (Phase I). Planned start Jan 2025; status: authorised.
