Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) comparing Azacitidine + Venetoclax + Quizartinib with Low-dose cytarabine + Venetoclax + Quizartinib (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of AZA-based and LDAC-based triple combination with Quizartinib and Venetoclax schedules and CR/CRi rate of AZA-based and LDAC-based triple combination with Quizartinib and Venetoclax schedules.
