Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of tobevibart and elebsiran in Chronic Viral Hepatitis B With Delta-Agent and hepatitis B (HBV) (2 arms), sponsored by Vir Biotechnology. Primary endpoints: HDV RNA below LLOQ, target not detected at Week 24 and HDV RNA below LLOQ, target not detected 24 weeks after end of treatment. Planned start May 2025; status: authorised.
