Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in cystic fibrosis (CF) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa pulmonary infection comparing BX004 nebulized bacteriophage arm with Placebo nebulized arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in Pseudomonas aeruginosa CFU/g of sputum at 8 weeks of treatment. Started Aug 2025; status: completed.
