Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of luspatercept in sideroblastic anemia (SA), congenital dyserythropoietic anemia (CDA) and Diamond-Blackfan anemia (DBA) (3 arms), sponsored by EuroBloodNet Association. Primary endpoints: Erythroid response by transfusion burden reduction during first 12 weeks and Hemoglobin increase during continuous 12-week interval without transfusion. Planned start Feb 2026; status: authorised.
