Phase 4, randomised, single-blind trial of acetylcysteine, folinic acid, vitamin b12 and omega-3-acid triglycerides in Clinical high risk for psychosis (CHR) and psychosis (2 arms), sponsored by GHU Paris psychiatrie & neurosciences.
