Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Focal Onset Epilepsy and Focal onset seizure comparing SPN-817 add-on with Placebo add-on (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percent change from baseline in focal onset seizure frequency per 28 days over the Maintenance Period. Planned start Jun 2026; status: authorised.
