Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of venetoclax in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), Myelodysplastic syndrome with excess blasts and acute myeloid leukemia (MDS-EB/AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), sponsored by University Hospital Tübingen. Primary endpoint: Overall survival at day 28 after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation. Planned start Sep 2025; status: authorised.
