Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV), granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) comparing Tarperprumig arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of TEAEs and TESAEs and Change from baseline in safety assessments. Planned start Nov 2025; status: authorised.
