Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in lipoprotein(a) hyperlipoproteinemia (Lp(a)), atherosclerotic disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) comparing DII235 arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time-averaged percent change from baseline in lipoprotein(a) between Day 60 and Day 180 and Time-averaged percent change from baseline in lipoprotein(a) between Day 60 and Day 360. Planned start Jan 2026; status: authorised.
