Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetic peripheral polyneuropathy (DPN) comparing Thiogamma + Benfogamma combination, Thiogamma monotherapy and Benfogamma monotherapy (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in neuropathy symptom characteristics from baseline to day 112. Planned start Feb 2026; status: authorised.
