Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal cancer (PPC) and fallopian tube cancer (PFTC) comparing Mocertatug rezetecan + bevacizumab with Platinum doublet chemotherapy + bevacizumab (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Progression-free survival by blinded independent central review. Planned start Oct 2026; status: authorised.
