Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of irinotecan, folinic acid, fluorouracil, oxaliplatin and capecitabine in rectal cancer (2 arms), sponsored by Catharina Ziekenhuis. Primary endpoints: Pathological complete response post-operatively and Clinical complete response at 1 year. Planned start Mar 2026; status: authorised.
