Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in hospital-acquired pneumonia (HAP) and ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) comparing OMN6 + background antibiotic therapy with Placebo + background antibiotic therapy (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Safety and all-cause mortality and Pharmacokinetics of OMN6. Planned start May 2026; status: authorised.
