Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in multiple myeloma (MM) and cytokine release syndrome (CRS) comparing Prophylactic tocilizumab + ramantamig with Placebo + ramantamig (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Alive and free of treatment-emergent ASTCT Grade 2 or higher cytokine release syndrome without additional CRS intervention. Planned start Aug 2026; status: authorised.
