Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in optic neuritis (ON) comparing Privosegtor + IV methylprednisolone with Placebo + IV methylprednisolone (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Mean change from baseline in low-contrast visual acuity at Month 3 in the study eye. Planned start Aug 2026; status: authorised.
