Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of Dinutuximab beta, irinotecan and sirolimus in osteosarcoma (OS), Ewing sarcoma, chondrosarcoma and 1 more, sponsored by Strasbourg University Hospital. Primary endpoints: Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of dinutuximab beta in combination with irinotecan and sirolimus (Phase I) and Progression-free survival (PFS) rate at or before 16 weeks (Phase II). Planned start Aug 2026; status: authorised.
