Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Anthracycline Cardiomyopathy, heart failure (HF) and vascular dysfunction comparing Forxiga plus anthracycline chemotherapy with Placebo plus anthracycline chemotherapy (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Reduction in deterioration of left ventricular systolic and vascular function at 52 weeks, Change in left ventricular global longitudinal strain at 52 weeks and 1 more.
