Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of nalbuphine in refractory chronic cough (RCC) (3 arms), sponsored by Trevi Therapeutics. Primary endpoint: Relative change from baseline in 24-hour cough frequency at Week 6 for each dose of NAL ER compared with placebo. Planned start Sep 2026; status: authorised.
