Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of ritonavir and ibrutinib in chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), Lymphoplasmacytic Lymphoma (LPL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), sponsored by HOVON. Primary endpoints: Geometric mean ratio of ibrutinib AUC0-24 and Incidence and severity of adverse events. Planned start Oct 2026; status: authorised.
