Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of amoxicillin, cefadroxil, amoxicillin + clavulanate, doxycycline, rifampicin and 10 more in discitis, Bone and osteoarticular infections (BJI) and bacterial disease (2 arms), sponsored by University of Cologne. Primary endpoint: Composite clinical failure at 24 weeks after cessation of antibiotic therapy. Planned start Sep 2026; status: authorised.
