Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in alcoholic liver disease (ALD) comparing Efimosfermin alfa with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in VCTE-LSM using FibroScan and Dual endpoint: change from baseline in VCTE-LSM using FibroScan and change from baseline in MELD.
