RECAP-D: prucalopride augmentation of sertraline for depression in women

Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) comparing Sertraline + prucalopride with Sertraline + placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Hamilton Depression Rating Scale 6-item total score at week 8 and Verbal Affective Memory Task total recall at week 8. Planned start Sep 2026; status: authorised.
