Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of hydralazine and isosorbide dinitrate in heart failure (HF) (2 arms), sponsored by Alphapharm. Primary endpoints: Change in exercise time / maximal oxygen consumption, Change in exercise tolerance by 6-minute walk test and 5 more. Planned start Jul 2007; status: not yet recruiting.
