Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of 10-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine and 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine in pneumococcal disease (4 arms), sponsored by National Health and Medical Research Council. Primary endpoints: Serotype-specific quantitative immune response after PCV10 in PPV23-naive and PPV23-experienced participants, Functional serotype-specific immune response after PCV10 in PPV23-naive and PPV23-experienced participants and 5 more. Planned start Mar 2010; status: not yet recruiting.
