Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) comparing Azacitidine + lenalidomide with Azacitidine alone (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Improved efficacy of lenalidomide + azacitidine versus azacitidine alone with acceptable toxicity. Started Mar 2011; status: completed.
