Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in otitis media, pneumococcal disease and Haemophilus influenzae disease comparing Early Synflorix then Prevenar13, Prevenar13 standard schedule and Synflorix standard schedule (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of infants above pneumococcal IgG threshold and Serum pneumococcal IgG geometric mean concentration. Started Sep 2011; status: recruiting.
