Overview
Phase 4 trial of vildagliptin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and hypertriglyceridemia (2 arms), sponsored by Associate Professor Seng Khee Gan. Primary endpoints: AUC and incremental AUC for serum triglycerides following a standardized fat meal and Peak post-ischaemic forearm blood flow and post-ischaemic flow debt repayment. Planned start Sep 2011; status: withdrawn.
