Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of droxidopa in orthostatic intolerance, Neurocardiogenic syncope (NCS) and Neurally mediated syncope (NMS) (3 cohorts), sponsored by Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute. Primary endpoints: Augmentation in noradrenaline spillover at 40 degree head-up tilt after droxidopa and Baseline noradrenaline spillover difference between orthostatic intolerance and healthy controls.
